Summary/Abstract: The article deals with the problem of the adaptation of Anglo-American neologisms to the Russian polystylistic context. However the problem is rather urgent for the native society. At first the English word coinages mainly existed in managerial and computerized spheres. Nowadays they are more and more used both in professional spheres and situations of everyday life. The leitmotiv of many works devoted to the theme is the anxiety about the loss of the national cultural identity and peculiarities of Russian culture in the circumstances of the absolute openness to the western influence. The authors present and analyze different examples of this kind of contradict usage.
