Summary/Abstract: The contribution deals with results of research, which was realized by University of West Bohemia in Pilsen and College of European and Regional Studies. The aim of the research is creation of regional management‘s models in three regions in west and south Bohemia and their implementation. The important part of project was marketing research. Question-form for representatives of towns and villages was focused on reasons of microregion creation, management of microregions and microregion financing.
