Summary/Abstract: „The Escape room“ offers a fun and stimulating approach to learning, supporting active learning and student development. The article presents the concept of„The Escape room“ as an innovative approach to enriching the educational process through gamification elements. It explores the possibilities of integrating game elements such as riddles, puzzles, and challenges with academic subjects like mathematics, foreign languages, history, and natural sciences. The aim of integrating this method is to provoke interest among students and create a favorable atmosphere that motivates them to actively participate in the learning process. The article presents specific examples of scenarios and activities that can be included in „The Escape room“. It highlights the benefits of using „The Escape room“ in the educational process, including increased student motivation, the development of critical thinking, improved collaboration and communication among students, better retention of knowledge, and the application of knowledge in practical contexts. The importance of integrating game elements into the Bulgarian educational process through „The Escape room“ is also discussed.
