A methodology for development and improvement of the project management systems

Summary/Abstract: The present article investigates the matters related to the establishing and development of systems for project management in the project-oriented organizations. The separate parts accentuate over: theoretical aspects of the project management and the factors related to its development; the functioning conception of a system for project management with a built unit in it – a project management office; the working models of the project management office and the methodical sequence for development and improvement of the project management systems.
