Summary/Abstract: Critical situations need effective management by virtue of effective manager’s communication. Th e article defines the basic characteristics of manager’s communication in the specific critical environment, analyzes the manager’s role and the specification of his/her way of communication in coping with critical situation, it emphasizes the importance of precautionary preparation of communication and the necessity of overcoming the barriers of communication.
