Summary/Abstract: The article represents the main ideas of famous politologist and econom F. Fukuyama, included in the book named „Building of State by Fukuyama“ . The main Fukuyamas ideal direction shows an importace of strong states and hidden danger in weak ones, because of their disability advance the law and their own politics. Fukuyama compares different states with their working efectivity (mainly of states folks). Interesting is analysis of different view USA and EU on safety and finance of army. Good function of state strengthened economics increation, solution of social problems and fortify stabilization of democracy.
