Summary/Abstract: This research was conducted to understand the diversity perception and intrinsic motivation experiences of higher education students. The research was conducted on the basis of a case study on 26 students studying at Ata Korkut University in Osmaniye. An interview form was used as a data collection tool and the data obtained was analyzed using the content analysis method. The findings reveal students' strategies for coping with diversity, factors affecting their intrinsic motivation, the effect of diversity on motivation, and their views on universities' diversity-related support services.
