The neighbor and the relationship with the neighbor in N. Steinhardt’s vision

Summary/Abstract: We live day by day in a sea of people. We intersect with others at different moments, through different circumstances, and yet, despite the many people around us, the question “who is my neighbor?” - to which even Jesus Christ answered - maintains its place steadfastly in the concerns of Christian life. One of the Christian scholars of the past century, N. Steinhardt, was interested in the neighbor and the relationship between people. He provides us with insights on how to identify our neighbor, our fellow human being, gives us practical directions for relating to those around us, and under-scores the importance of loving our neighbor in order to attain eternal life.
