Summary/Abstract: Communists taking over power in Poland after World War II, not introducing extremely antireligious legal provisions on the model adopted in the USSR. However in Poland freedom of religious was limitteted by law. This aim realized by decree 13 June 1946 about crimes dangerous in the period of restoriation of the state, especially by art 22 of this decree (spread of the fals informaition). Statements which was connection with religion were qualificated as crime from art. 22 small penal code. This practice continued even after the entry into force of the decree of August 5, 1949 on the protection of freedom of conscience and religion.
