Summary/Abstract: In Galatians 5, 22-23, St. Paul presents us the fruits of man's cooperation with the grace of the Holy Spirit. Based on the delimitation of the Greek terminology πίστις, "faith", and his Hebrew correspondences, in the context of biblical revelation, the study highlights the specific virtue of faith in Pauline theology. Also, this approach aims to highlight a second side of the term mentioned, taking account, in particular, of its place in the Pauline epistle. To facilitate the perception of the meanings, namely trust as a human virtue, the text of the letter was assisted and strengthened by other arguments from the New Testament writings which show clearly the thesis proposed.
