Summary/Abstract: The article presents issues related to disciplinary proceedings against prisoners in the perspective of meta-standards of procedural justice. The reference matrix of the con- ducted analysis was the meta-standards of the rule of law, humanitarianism and fairness of the proceedings. The research was based on the dogmatic method.
