Summary/Abstract: The article focuses on the digitization and processing of the seals from the Archive of the Czech Crown, a historical collection of documents significant to the Czech state. The authors delve into the archive's history, its importance, and the challenges faced in its preservation and accessibility. The project's primary objective is to make these seals, which symbolize various European rulers, nobles, cities, and institutions, available for research and study through the Monasterium online portal. This is achieved by utilizing modern technologies and adhering to international standards. The project is a part of the collaboration with the International Centre for Archival Research (ICARUS), which encourages the digitalization and dissemination of archival sources from European archives.
