Summary/Abstract: The Church is the true life in communion with God which human being has lost through sin and which Jesus gives us back in the communion of the Holy Spirit. In other words, it is the Kingdom of God present in the world. Divine worship is the life of the Church, and at the center of worship is the Divine Liturgy, the Sacrament of Mysteries. The Divine Liturgy is the most important part of the service, it is the actual updating of the Savior’s Sacrifice, but now a bloodless sacrifice; framing and including in His sacrifice and the sacrifice of the faithful. Christ permanently presents Himself to the Father as the perfect sacrifice, thus bringing to God and the sacrifice of the believers contained in His sacrifice, them in the state of sacrifice, of the mysterious surrender of God - the Creator, the Father and the Master.
