Summary/Abstract: This article analyzes the role of the German Social Democratic Workers´Party (DSAP) in providing assistance to German refugees from occupied border in 1938 and role of this party in the period after signing the Munich Agreement. The examples show the situation of German refugees, ho had to choose between returning to the occupied border, living in the interior country or emigration.
