Summary/Abstract: Management practices play a key role in mega projects, and the complexity of large-scale construction processes increases because of their multidisciplinary design, which can be minimized with the help of interface management. The current study aims to analyze the interface factors of construction projects, such as construction material, labor, financial, equipment, and contract condition interfaces, towards the construction project performance - such as impact on cost, time, quality, and customer satisfaction. The study's target demographic was everyone in the building projects, both directly and indirectly, such as engineers, architects, contractors, subcontractors, constructors, and promoters in select cities of Tamil Nadu. A total of 81 samples were collected and analyzed using the Smart PLS Model. It is concluded that having an interface management team in the construction drives the team towards their goals and maintains standards of the project’s design and quality with an R square value of 0.495.
