Summary/Abstract: The article examines the legal phenomenon of “green claims” and greenwashing as phenomena created in the transition to a sustainable economy. The analysis identifies the key role of the sustainable finance in the green transition in the context of the greenwashing. It examines the legal framework within which scope the green claims and greenwashing fall.
