Summary/Abstract: The article examines the procedure for the recognition and enforcement of judicial acts in criminal cases, which impose prison sentences or measures involving imprisonment issued in another member country of the European Union (EU). Execution of the sentence imposed in another EU member state, as well as transfer of convicted persons between member countries.
