Summary/Abstract: The purpose of the paper is to analyse and reconstruct, based on a systematic review of the regulations of the Ministry of National Education and the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, the remote education system in Poland during the COVID-19 pandemic, from March 2020 to February 2022.For the aforementioned purpose, all the regulations that affected the functioning of educational institutions during this period were identified, and analysed in order to determine for how many days remote education was actually provided for particular groups of students, including grades I–III and IV–VIII of primary schools and all grades of secondary schools. Based on the data collected, the frequency of changes in remote education, as well as advance notice with which subsequent regulations introducing such changes appeared, were determined.
