Summary/Abstract: Article is devoted to the issue return to the Polish Poles since the end of World War II after the turn of the time associated with the collapse of the Soviet Union. It is a description of the tests and methods of approach to this compelling phenomenon of migration that is repatriation, in the framework of administrative and legal solutions.
