Summary/Abstract: The worship practices of Zakat, Sadaqat al-Fitr, and Fidya are established by the Qur’an, Sunnah, and consensus among Muslims. The Islamic Community in Bosnia and Herzegovina is institutionally involved with the interpretation and practice of these and other acts of worship. The aim of this paper is to present the results and significance of a conducted survey in 2022 regarding Zakat, Sadaqat al-Fitr, and Fidya. This paper does not delve into the question of the foundations, meanings, and purposes of Zakat, Sadaqat al-Fitr, and Fidya, as there are separate jurisprudential works on these topics. The task of this paper is to compare the results of two surveys, highlight the normative acts of the Islamic Community in Bosnia and Herzegovina regarding Zakat, Sadaqat al-Fitr, and Fidya, extract the most interesting parts of the survey, present recommendations identified in the latest survey, and by analyzing and synthesizing the obtained responses, indicate possible tendencies and practices in this field in the future.
