Summary/Abstract: The author addresses the issue of domestic violence suggesting that the responsibility for bringing about change falls on all actors in society. The Jewish legal tradition pays great attention to the relationship between husband and wife. In this text violence is understood as physical, verbal, sexual and material violence.
