Summary/Abstract: As introducing part of graduation essay based on a theme «Perspecives (Principles) of roman aspects on guilt» this text tends to develop a preparing introduction on fenomenon of guilt and early antic percepcions of guilt until roman era. Here, with intention to achieve the idea of thought about common antic stand on guilt, in the basic thematic circle are religious perceptions on guilt of eastern nations together with helenic and later helenistic philosophical reflections on guilt.
