Summary/Abstract: This report aims to address inclusion as an ongoing process, with a view to its implementation in all schools. Inclusion is the acceptance of diversity of all kinds and must start from the conviction that education is a fundamental human right and the foundation of a fair and just society. In this sense, in order to achieve inclusive education, school management, teachers, specialist teachers, social workers, health workers, parents and the whole community must contribute to this process. In an inclusive education system, all teachers need to have positive attitudes towards the diversity of learners and an understanding of inclusive practices, developed through both initial training and ongoing professional development processes. An important role in this process is played by teachers, which is why I set out to present some approaches that teachers can integrate into their classrooms to include all students. I would also like to emphasise the need for professional training for teachers, as well as continuous and quality training, in order to approach new teaching methods. In this way, they will be prepared to accept diversity in the classroom.
