Summary/Abstract: n the Bible, the Old Testament, the Book of Joshua, chapter 10, verses 12 and 13 it says:„12 Then Joshua spoke to the Lord, on the day when the Lord delivered the Amorites into the hands of the children of Israel, and said before Israel: „Stop, sun, on Gibeon, and you, moon, on the valley of Aijalon!” „„13 And the sun stood still, and the moon ceased its course, until the people avenged their enemies. Isn’t this thing written in the Book of Law? The sun stood still in the middle of the sky and did not hasten to set, almost a whole day.”
