Summary/Abstract: The „Law concerning the daughters of the heirs”, also called the „Law on inheritances”, is mentioned in the Bible, the Old Testament, the Book of Numbers, in which it is related how the five daughters of Zelophehad went to Moses and asked for their inheritance, because their father had died in the wilderness without having sons.Moses brought their „cause” before the Lord and God gave him the Law regarding the daughter heirs.
