Summary/Abstract: Our study highlights, based on published sources, the press, the general bibliography and specialized works, behind the scenes of the discussions, debates and negotiations between the representatives of the two Romanian confessions and the political decision-makers regarding the provisions of the 1923 Constitution regarding the Orthodox Church and the Greek-Catholic one.
