Summary/Abstract: The paper presents the results of pilot studies connected with students as the key stakeholder group of educational services. The research shows their expectations as beneficiaries in the educational services to the remaining groups of stakeholders (among other things scientific workers, employees managing the university, employers, central and regional authorities) presenting the relations of one with another in the context of educational services. The study shows what characteristics students pay the greatest attention to while evaluating the educational services. The conducted research is an introduction to further study into the evaluation and improvement of higher educational services in Poland among all stakeholders groups.
