Summary/Abstract: The vicinity is a mean of social organization, created as a direct effect on the space synthesized influences. People getting close in their living areas imposed their gathering and regulating the various interests. These are seen as a collective pattern, working according to the law, and that implies closer collaborations, than those existing among the relatives based communities. In this respect, we mention the mutual helping, the social controlling and the mutual supporting and initiating. These prepared and entertained the calendar holidays and the old customs, and played an important role in the deceased burial funeral. The more or less particular distribution of the responsibilities, inside the local communities and among these, is not always a permanent and stable one, even if, in time, it is assumed to be “archetype” for a “Nation” or other.
