Summary/Abstract: Plastic education and aesthetic education are properly integrated in the instructional-educational process, they complement each other and offer students a relevant and complex experience, at the same time, regarding art and aesthetics. Students definitely learn to create and work with different artistic techniques and, thus, they notice the beauty in art. The right association of these two concepts develops critical thinking, divergent thinking, creativity, self-confidence, the spirit of observation and many other aspects that would, finally, outline the profile of the graduate from the primary level of education. At the end of each level, students develop a range of skills. Meanwhile, they show attitudes and values that are distinctive for plastic education as a school subject. Plastic education, through its content, coexists with aesthetic education. Both concepts are found in the teaching activity and become relevant for both educational actors: the student and the teaching staff
