Summary/Abstract: The following article poses as an immersion into the accusation of plagiarism of the well known personality Ion Luca Caragiale, accusation made public by the former student, Constantin AL. Ionescu Caion. As a consequence of accusing an important character of the national culture, following that process, the student would suffer the stigmatization of a raging society because he brought dishonour to national culture values.
