Summary/Abstract: Through this text, the importance of executing municipal public policies in the best possible way is addressed, this is guaranteeing a quality public service in which citizen opinion is counted on. For this reason, Art. 23 of the Spanish Constitution is valued, which guarantees the right of political participation in the local case. Likewise, an analysis is made of how it is possible to exercise these municipal powers in a participatory manner while guaranteeing the Sustainable Development Goals, in order to achieve the best possible good local government.
