Summary/Abstract: Integrity is synonymous with honesty, fairness, incorruptibility, virtuousness. Such values are naturally at the basis of any democratic-type legal system, but legislation alone cannot guarantee their real existence in social life. It is necessary for the vast majority of the social body to assume them as intimate values, to perceive their violation as real "personal offenses". It takes more than fear of punishment to prevent and combat a social phenomenon such as corruption. The solution, in our opinion, lies not only in Law, but also in Axiological Education.
