Summary/Abstract: The Regional Archive of Prizren in its administration has the Ministry of Education and Culture Fund of our region, which is arranged and processed with professional standards and has a special care. Various documents are included in this fund, which provide important data and evidence that must be analyzed. Through the documents of this fund, data is extracted for security workers in the registers of students who are not allowed to continue their studies and who do not receive scholarships due to political activity, control of educational plans and programs, information and control of cultural and educational societies, such as and files of political prisoners. The documents also mention sentencing without the presence of persons, the sale of immovable property by Serb-Montenegros, etc. The data and evidence that emerge from the documents of the MPM of the Prizren region are indisputable evidence. The purpose of dealing with this topic is to analyze how the Serbian regime has tried to hinder the education and intellectual development of the Albanian people. With this aim, it is required to examine the methods and measures that were taken to limit the freedom and rights of the Albanian people in this region.
