Summary/Abstract: The paper deals with the preparation of the historical record and its placed in the information-scientific apparatus of the archives, giving great importance to the information which it gives on the creators of the archival material and the archival material even if it does not belong in terms of narrow and wide-ranging information-scientific tools. The paper describes an opinion that this important informative-scientific tool should not be classified as informative-scientific aids. The paper also addresses the sources through which we can obtain information to make a historical note.
