Summary/Abstract: The article analyzes the situation in the educational sphere in the context of the need to reform and the metamorphoses that arise. It is noted that there is a distance between the proclaimed principles and actions, which is revealed when engaging the ethnographic concept of cargo culture, used as a concept of social analysis. The specificity of the organization of the humanitarian and educational sphere is related to the work in the subjectivity dimension.
