Summary/Abstract: The purpose of the article is to present the opinions of female stu- dents of law and resocialization pedagogy regarding hypothetical situations involving juvenile offenders. The study used “the vignette method.” Ninety-six female students were included. They evaluated six episodes depicting hypothetical situations in which the corruption of minors was shown. It turns out that the female law students were slightly more likely to formulate assessments that correspond to the letter of the law, while the assessments of female pedagogy students showed their flexibility, which was expressed in the fact that they were more willing to give “a second chance” to juvenile offenders.
