JOB IN PRISON, OR ABOUT THE ESSENCE OF THE WORK OF PRISON STAFF

Summary/Abstract: This article is describing the profession of penitentiary staff. Considerations included into this dis- sertation constitute basic factors classifying to this profession, i.e. they refer not only to formal requirements, but also to personal predispositions of the prison staff. The specificity of the work in a penal institution require truly moral attitudes of employed there people, which are accordance with expectations of not only superiors, but it also prisoners, because it is exactly a staff is respon- sible for a correct rehabilitation of people sentenced to penalties of imprisonment.
