Two decades of cooperation between the Institute of Polish Philology and the Chair of Polish Philology at the State University of Grodno (1989–2009)

Summary/Abstract: The study sums up the long-lasting cooperation between the Pedagogical University of Cracow with the University of Grodno. The article is based on the author’s own experience as well as on the records of the University in Cracow. The study has a documentary value, especially as it presents the political obstacles which make it impossible for both universities to cooperate fully.
