Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is to analyze the reproducts of the Russian language included in the posts of Polish Internet users written in Polish. In order to achieve the above goal, a total of over 400 texts containing meta- linguistic operators were collected. The obtained results lead to the conclusion that phrasemes of Russian origin in most cases carry emotional and expressive connotations and are used for humorous purposes. The choice of linguistic means largely contributes to the consolidation of the negative stereotype of Russians in Poland, who are perceived as primitive, coarse, vulgar, stupid, backward and prone to alcohol abuse. The analyzed texts show a stereotypical image of Russians characteristic of posts written in the years 2012–2017. It can be assumed that in connection with the events of 2022, this image has changed significantly for the worse.
