Summary/Abstract: The subject of this article is description of the textual model of a feuilleton as a journalistic genre. On the basis of examples from the volume “Ręce na biurku” (Hands on the desk) , the author shows the narrative perspective of the text, in which the feuilletonist presents his own law-related experience alternately with an ordinary citizen’s knowledge in unusual situations of experiencing law-abidingness. The analysis shows how rhetorical devices are used in the persuasive narration, which reveals the ethical aspects of legal conversations.
