Fason business climate facilities (case of Kruja)

Summary/Abstract: Albania is regarded as a developing country with high potential but little used. It offers the conditions to develop some economic sectors. Year after year are developing programs and projects to improve the business climate in Albania, ranging from infrastructure, various trade arrangements, improvement of the legal framework, the facilitation of procedures for stablishing a business. Among the industries that claimed that our country ranks performs well and is successful by being part of foreign direct investment in the country, is the industry Fason. Besides all the mitigating circumstances that enjoys this industry in its emissions thanks to the business climate in the country, leave to discuss why this industry is not performing at desired levels. The main aim of this paper is to analyze the factors namely conditional to industry. This analysis is done on the basis of the mitigation measures that the government takes the industry to facilitate the inward processing regime (fason). The aim consists in identifying mitigation measures package, which has not yet arrived to perform successful, but their resulting injection problematic. Given all the barriers that may be posed, the paper highlight the conditions that hinder positive industrisws performance.
