Summary/Abstract: Is the Social Media becoming an actual tool for communicating with your Customer? In order to achieve this objective the marketer needs to identify the most distinguished profile of the Albanian consumer and his/her preferences for information channels regarding products, pleasure, education, or whim to spend. For those businesses who want to promote their products through this particular channel any question “Is the Social Media attracting the Albanian consumer interest as marketing channels?” is eminent and important. The main arguments to be explored further for the above hypothesis are: Social Media expansion in Albania in the business environment and the Albanian consumer profile;The validity of Social Media channels as advertising tools and marketing channels to reach the Albania consumer.
