Summary/Abstract: Empirical evidence on inflation and unemployment suggest that this report on macroeconomic developments can be positively or negatively related to the long term. This scientific paper offers a study of the relationship of the report in an economic environment in which inflation has differential effects on employees and the unemployed. Unemployment is one of the most disturbing phenomena but also one of the major challenges of the future. As such, this area needs more research and analysis, in order to achieve the most effective policies to overcome them. This study constitutes a further step, necessary because studies about unemployment-inflation report are scarce. Unemployment and inflation also form one of the most serious macroeconomic diseases. Increasing of unemployment and inflation indicator is considered as a symptom of economic decline phase. Its theoretical analysis thus takes a special significance, because it allows us to determine the right “medication” to grasp the relevant policies heal or at least to grasp calm this macroeconomic disease. The methodology of this research consists in using quantitative method, for analyzing empirical data obtained from various financial and statistics reports for the period 2003-2014. Analysis of the data is carried out in STATA program using two types of analysis: regression and correlation analysis. Based on the literature and economic logic, are under study in the labor force participation, macroeconomic factors and economic performance in Kosovo. The results showed that the variables analyzed have a strong connection with the dependent variable.
