Summary/Abstract: Care for the issue of Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) has been a systematic process by many governments. Albania and Kosovo have left aside this issue. The paper is the evolution of FDI, removal of barriers to investment, improve the business environment and understanding there quirements of investors, the development of alternative programs.The goal is an embodiment of the idea that the business climate and investment is very important and that a state that is willing to improve the climate could increase the flow of FDI. By making comparison between Albania and Kosovo are highlighted weaknesses and have the benefits of FDI. Evolution of FDI, perform amid a gloomy assessment and good news. Failed attempts by the low income , the two countries are responding to the alliances that are doing good example in the Balkans. Increased FDI flows has affected the performance of macroeconomic indicators. The direction of capital in the sector profitable in the short term is directly related to economic growth moderate. Results drawn from the above finding sare that Kosovo has not been fully available to all mechanisms to welcome foreign investors while Albania standshigh in this regard.
