Summary/Abstract: The article examines the objection of co-inflicting damages by the victim in a traffic accident in the practice of the Supreme Court. The issues related to the criteria for determining the degree of contributory causation, the burden of proof and the evidentiary value of the sentence entered into force, as well as the finding protocol for the traffic accident, were investigated.
