Summary/Abstract: This paper is an attempt to synthetically present the value of the ephemera as a source from a histori- an’s perspective. An example was the collection of ephemera associated with the 29th World Congress of Esperantists (or: Esperanto), hosted in 1927 by Gdańsk (Danzig).
