Summary/Abstract: In the twenty-first century, human attention has become the object of interest of entrepreneurs, making it an object of supply. The development of technology related to attracting the attention of recipients is becoming more and more aggravating and increasingly important in the implementation of decision-making processes. Attention, which has so far been of interest to the economy of attention, becomes the subject of a legal analysis of the protection of an individual against unauthorized interference. The subject of the article is to define what the privacy of attention is and why its conceptualization is necessary for the proper protection of individual rights.
