Summary/Abstract: This article has been written as an editorial conclu-sion to Constantin Noica’s manuscripts that we have published in 2023. It tells the story of an un-discovered project of Constantin Noica, Fairytales of Hegel, starting from its conception in the 1950s until its publishing, under a new form, in 1980. We follow some hallmarks of Constantin Noica’s activity, showing that the way he imagined Fairytales of Man, his book from 1980, was very different originally, especially since he wanted to publish it abroad, in Paris, through the help of his friend, E.M. Cioran. In the end, he didn’t manage to publish anything at the end of the 1950s, as he planned, but we have managed to restore this project, almost 70 years after its con-ception. We hope that this contribution will, at one point, lead to a new edition of Fairytales of Man, which will include these vital texts that Noica wrote a few decades earlier.
