Summary/Abstract: The following paper continues the exploration of the Ro-manian Marxism-Leninism previously initiated by our journal. The „Multilateral Developed So-cialist Society” is, for this time, the starting point of our investigation. This type of socialist soci-ety was targeted by the Romanian Marxist-Leninist theoretical effort, after the April 1964 Decla-ration of PMR, and especially in the last twenty years of building socialism in Romania. For the future „Multilateral Developed Socialist Society”, the systematic use of the principles of a new science, Cybernetics, to the control of the production process and the society, was inevita-ble. In „The Multilateral Developed Socialist Society”, thanks to the new science of command and control, the individuals will be strongly connected; the emergent new kind of society was de-scribed as a „wired society”. The role of Philosophy (equivalent with „The Marxist-Leninist Philosophy”) as ideological fac-tor in „The Multilateral Developed Socialist Society” has suffered a considerable change in the last years of Romanian Communist Regime. Under the influence of the new conception of Na-ture and Society, originated in systemic thought, the main concepts of Dialectical and Historical Materialism became almost unrecognizable from more classical Marxist-Leninist perspective.
