Summary/Abstract: In modern society, the principle of the functioning of justice is dogmatically based on the social contract that judicial personnel are perfect personalities acting correctly and without emotions in all circumstances. However, the inability to ventilate emotions and the need to suppress them is a significant factor in the development of mental disorders due to the resulting interpersonal conflict. Those who are more morally competent only burn out as a result of chronic stress, while predisposed individuals already develop signs of secondary sociopathy. Thanks to the influence of a deviant collegial environment, a practical example of a stable Lucifer effect can be observed. Judicial blunders or crimes are not just mistakes or random acts of a statistically insignificant number of misguided people. It is a systemically flawed setup of the entire judicial community, when a superior position of power without effective feedback, and mainly responsibility for (subconsciously) aggressive or cruel behavior towards others.
